I would really like to supply you with the fresh key limes necessary to make the pie. (Kristen submitted an excellent key lime pie recipe to our First-Ever Country Hen Recipe Contest). We have an abundance on our tree. Can I mail you some? I also have a cute story about my son who is 14 months old. THIS IS NOT A JOKE! He started eating Country Hen eggs several months ago and loves them. Publix was out so I purchased another brand of organic eggs and made him some. Well he spit it out and looked at me like I was crazy. I thought he wasn't hungry but when we put him to the taste test with your eggs and another brand it was true! He would only eat your Country Hen egg! I tell people this and they don't believe it until they see it. Those are some good eggs you've got there and it looks like my son Jack may grow up to be a great cook like his momma.
